Hugo Zero

1) Pour the elderflower syrup and the juice of half a lime into a glass;
2) Add a few mint leaves and muddle them gently, taking care to keep the leaflets untouched;
3) Combine ice until the glass is full.
Fill the glass with ice cubes;
4) Add the Indian Tonic Water and stir;
5) Top the cocktail with crushed ice and decorate with 3 thin lime wedges on top;
6) Serve with a straw;
