A crossover between the Italian tradition and the Cuban heartiness
45 ml white rum
lime
ice cubes
sugar
dried citrus wedges to garnish
1) Slice half lime into wedges and put them into the glass, add some sugar and muddle it;
2) Add 45 ml of white rum;
3) Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the chinotto;
4) Stir with a long spoon;
5) Top the cocktail with crushed ice and a granting of lime zest;
6) Serve with a straw and some dried citrus slices as garnish;
