White Fizz

1) Take the serving glass and fill it with ice cubes.

2) Pour all the ingredients, except the Tonica Meditteranea, in a shaker: gin, liquid sugar, lemon juice and albumen.

3) Close and shake vigorously for a few minutes.

4) After this first step, open the shaker with the help of a fine-mesh strainer, and transfer the shaken ingredients to the serving glass as to avoid any ice chips.

5) Shake again without the ice.

6) Finally, pour the drink into the cocktail glass and top it with the Tonica Meditteranea

7) Garnish with a lemon peel
